SO….WHAT’S AN I CHING READING?

The I Ching is a Chinese form of divination. It uses 3 coins, dice, or yarrow stalks (the traditional Chinese choice) In fact you can use ANYTHING that will produce one of 2 options, eg heads or tails, odd or even, round or flat…..They are thrown 6 times and a scoring system is used to generate two sets of 3 lines called TRIGRAMS. I then look on a chart to see where the two meet that sends me to the correct one of 64 chapters ….one for each HEXAGRAM

Each Trigram has its own meaning that is relevant to your question. Each hexagram can give an overall picture of the situation and each line can give guidance about specific approaches that should be used…or avoided.
An I Ching reading won’t give you, yes or no answers…but will give you guidance about how to best to approach things to get the outcome you need.
