March 2022 I Ching Horoscopes

Pisces

Your March trigrams are K’an (Water) over Sun (Wind) and the hexagram is called Ching or The Well. The I Ching is often consulted in order to get answers t0 questions. The problem is that our understanding of the answers can be clouded by preconceptions and if we don’t get the answer we want or are expecting it is too easy to reject it. Ching is counselling you to have an open mind about things and people. K’an is asking you to avoid the trap of focussing on trivial things. Don’t focus on negatives. Sun is asking you to reflect, to concentrate on what is important and this includes being gentle with yourself and others. Let your natural compassion come to the fore and trust that most people are good. If someone is determined to push your buttons just hold firm, don’t react, just be you. It may take time but the relationship will improve. If you want to see the real them…let them see the real you.

Aries

Your March trigrams are Chen (Thunder) over Tui (Lake) and the hexagram is called Kuei Mei or The Marrying Maiden. The subheading is ‘Wanting Empowers Evil’. A modern way of putting this is ‘be careful what you wish for as you might get it’. Being very enthusiastic about something can lead you to get carried away and end up in a situation that was not what you intended. Chen indicates a new perspective is needed to get out of the situation. Waiting to see what happens may not appeal but is the best approach. Tui is inviting you to relax, enjoy the good things in life and to be careful about what you say. There is a lot of scope for misunderstanding in this situation and however much it might feel like it, the world is not out to get you. Tui is also about truth. Be very sure what your truth is but more importantly try to see below the surface and understand the hidden truths. Chen rules electronic communications so keep an eye on your emails.

Taurus

Your March trigrams are Tui (Lake) over K’un (Earth) and the hexagram is called Ts’ui or Gathering together. Your natural, reliable and responsible nature means people often look to you for leadership and guidance. This can cause problems . This hexagram is telling you not to doubt yourself. All you have to do is stick to your principles and work from your truth. If someone new comes in, be patient, don’t change how you do things and don’t get frustrated if they just don’t seem to ‘get it’.
They will in time, but you may need to be prepared to go it alone for a bit. K’un sits well with your earth sign. It is supporting you in being patient, receptive, and also in following your gut instincts. Resist the temptation to make emotional responses. Tui is about joy, pleasure, releasing your inner child. Don’t be afraid to take some ‘me time’. Tui also rules the moth. Think before you speak.

Gemini

Your March trigrams are Chen (Thunder) over Sun (Wind) and the hexagram is called Heng or Duration. Chen is warning things things will or have changed. This does not mean you need to make changes. Heng is telling you to carry on as you did before. You sometimes tend to be inconsistent, maybe indecisive. Heng is warning you not to let that side of your character rule things. Whether the change was planned by you, or imposed from outside, Sun is telling you to just carry on. Sun fits well with your airy nature and is encouraging you to adapt without straying away from your essential nature. Sun is gentle and soft. Sun is encouraging you to reflect, to concentrate on what is important, to use your brain to ensure you understand the situation properly. Sun rules the lungs and the best stress management technique ever invented is simply to take a deep breath. You will get through this and it will all work out fine.

Cancer

Your March trigrams are Tui (Lake) over Tui (Lake) and the hexagram is called Tui The Joyous. Tui is called The lake because the smooth surface of the lake represents total peace and serenity – but one that can easily be disturbed by emotions the way stones cause ripples. Tui is asking you to notice small emotions and let them go. You may well have made a mistake. Don’t give in to self pity or fret about it. Learn any lessons and move on. Do not let yourself be seduced by fantasies of how you can redeem the mistake (and shore up your ego at the same time). Don’t be tempted to manipulate things or people. You know what is right. Stick to that. Meet every
experience with the open curious mind of a child that sees adventure everywhere. If the mistake was caused by overwork – take a break. The world won’t come to an end if you let others do things for a bit!

Leo

Your March trigrams are Sun (Wind) over K’an (Water) and the hexagram is called Huan or Dissolution. As a fire sign you might think wind and water are not helpful. In fact they are there to help you. You can be stubborn, but don’t let that stubborn side come to the fore in March. Instead let go of the emotional reactions that lead to stubbornness. Allow them to be blown away by Sun’s gentle breeze or washed away by K’an’s water. Don’t let yourself get trapped into a difficult situation by ignoring reality. You may well be misunderstanding something. It could pay you to try to see things from someone else’s point of view. There is no need to be threatened by someone disagreeing with you as long as you are firmly grounded in your principles of right and wrong. Sun is asking you to be gentle with yourself and others. K’an is telling you to let go of things that don’t serve the higher good. You may feel trapped but the truth is you are not seeing the way out – YET. It will be obvious when you look in the right way and the right place.

Virgo

Your March Trigrams are Ch’ien (Heaven) over K’an (Water) and the hexagram is called Sung or Conflict. Conflict can be internal or external but in the end all conflict arises from internal conflict – that nagging internal voice that just won’t be quiet. And your voice can be VERY loud and very unhelpful. This is especially true when you find yourself asking Why? K’an is warning you against falling into this trap because sometimes there IS no why. Sometimes things just are. In fact Ch’ien indicates lots of creative forces working with you and round you. Don’t fall prey to self doubt and don’t allow yourself to ruminate. That way lies exhaustion. Ch’ien is asking you to use your natural wisdom and intellect to help you see the truth. K’an is asking you to trust that the way forward will appear when everything is aligned – think of all those adventure films where the way is revealed by the sunlight only at certain times. And remember you don’t have to do it all yourself. Accept offers of help.

Libra

Your March trigrams are Tui (Lake) over Tui (Lake) and the hexagram is called Tui or Joyousness. Your love of peace and harmony is a great trait but however diplomatic you are sometimes, confrontations will happen and cannot be avoided however much you want to. You may find yourself thinking of all sorts of ways you might be able to change or defuse the situation. Reality is different. Running away from a situation helps no-one – especially you and whatever your imagination may construct you actually cannot know how it will turn out until you tackle it. Don’t give in to self pity. If you stick to your principles and act in accordance with your values, you can’t dovany more. In fact that’s all the universe needs you to do. Tui is about the good things in life. Take time to enjoy them in March.

Scorpio

Your March trigrams are K’un (Earth) over Sun (Wind) and the hexagram is called Sheng
or Pushing upwards. You can be rather distrustful at times. In March you need to focus on trusting – trusting yourself, trusting others. Be honest about how you are feeling and don’t let your ego demand you put on a front. That front could really hinder what you need to do. You may be surprised at how easily things happen in the end. Progress is being made and will continue to be made even if what you want seems to be further away than ever. Remember what we want is not always what we need. Trust the universe. Don’t try to manipulate things. Just wait and see what happens. K’un is asking you to be receptive to opportunity. Sun is asking you to reflect on your progress so far and to be honest about just how far you have really come.

Sagittarius

Your March trigrams are K’un (Earth) over Ken (Mountain) and the hexagram is called Tun or Retreat. The sub heading is ‘stop looking at the situation to figure it out’ – so if you feel as if you can’t see the wood for the trees just step back and stop over thinking things. Waiting to see what happens if you do nothing may be nerve wracking, so keep your sense of humour to the fore and don’t get angry with other people. You have nothing to prove and a game of ‘one up man ship’ won’t solve anything. Once you step away another solution may present itself. K’un is asking you to be receptive to everything and everyone around you and Ken is asking you to just be still and keep your hands still too – don’t be tempted to meddle. Stay neutral. Don’t get impatient. Just deal with what is in front of you and stop worrying about what might happen later.

Capricorn

Your March trigrams are K’an (Water) one Sun (Wind) and the hexagram is called Ching or The Well. March is the month where you need to be prepared to accept new ideas, new views, new perceptions. K’an is warning about a hidden danger and in this case the danger is that you remain locked in a very conventional view of how things work. If you are asking questions, make sure they are the right ones. If you are judging people, make sure you look for the positives not the negatives. Don’t cling to tradition for the sake of it. If a new approach looks workable, don’t discard it simply because it IS new. Trust that as long as you hold firm to your principles almost anything CAN work. K’an sometimes indicates we are being held where we are until we are ready to find the way forward. Sun indicates you need to be gentle with yourself and others and remember there is nothing wrong with asking for help or advice. You appreciate quality but remember diamonds need to be removed from the rough stone in which they form.

Aquarius

Your March trigrams are K’un (Earth) over K’an (Water) and the hexagram is called Shih or The Army. March may well feel like a battle at times. You may well feel you are being limited in a way that is foreign to your Air sign. K’un is asking you to go with the flow and see what happens even if its not the way you would choose to go. Don’t get drawn into a blame game. If something has gone wrong focus on how to correct things and don’t hold onto grievances. Everyone makes mistakes – even you! Look for compromises and don’t assume. Remember – ‘Assume makes an ass out of U and me’. K’un is asking you to be receptive to what others are saying. Don’t just hear the words – understand what lies beneath them. K’an is asking you to let go of incorrect perceptions so you can see the way forward.
