Your March trigrams are K’un (Earth) over Li (Fire) and the hexagram is called Ming or Darkening of the Light. If things are challenging this hexagram is saying don’t give up. It can be disappointing not to see things work out as you hoped. It can be frustrating that there is no easy solution that can solve things like the wave of a magic wand. This is especially so if you realise the source of the problem lies in your perceptions of things and people. This is because those sort of thought habits can be tough to change. The image sometimes used is ‘Treading on a Tigers Tail.’ This hexagram is a warning not to force things to happen. Just because you have an idea of what people ought to do or what ought to happen doesn’t mean it will happen to your timetable. Don’t let enthusiasm lead you to impatience. Ch’ien represents the creative energy of the heavens and lets you know those creative forces are working for you. Tui is about innocence, spirituality, having fun. In this hexagram it is saying – look be patient, it will all work out so just relax and wait to see what happens. Sometimes the hardest thing to do is to accept how things are especially if they are not how you want them to be. You need to let your patient side come to the fore. Ch’ien indicates everything is in place for things to happen. K’an is warning you about the risks of trying to get things to happen faster than is possible. When life imposes limitations all you can do is go with the flow. Ch’ien rules wisdom. You are gently being told to use your head. K’an indicates a trap, but also carries with it the promise that there is a way out which will appear at the time. Gemini

Your March trigrams are Tui over K’an and the hexagram is called K’un or Oppression. K’an indicates a trap and in March you may well feel you are trapped by someone else’s refusal to see things your way. And you may feel you need to do something – ANYTHING to try to change things. In fact the situation is not as bad as you feel it is and the feelings of oppression are all in your mind. Aquarius
